We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to answer your messages and process your gifts.
What we collect
If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. If you donate, we receive the details needed to thank you and give you a receipt for your records.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to you, send donation receipts, and run the foundation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Stories we share
We never publish anyone’s name, photo or story without their permission. For anyone under 18, we ask a parent or guardian first.
Donations
Online donations are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@sharethejoyfoundation.org.
